Shipping Policy
Please note we offer a door to door courier service, or your order can be collected (for free) from Durban North.

The courier service is managed by a 3rd party, The Courier Guy, that is integrated into our backend. The address provided by you, as the customer, is automatically given to the respective courier company. The Family Organiser is not responsible for the incorrect capturing of address details.

The cost of courier is determined by the weight of the parcel, and the address provided. We have 2 zonal areas - local, regional. The cost will be determined at checkout.

Shipment of an order can take around 2-5 working days.
​
Once a waybill has been created, a waybill number will be emailed through to you that you can manage directly.

Please note that the above figures are a guideline only, as The Courier Guy has designated areas which are classified as central, and which are not. We get a quote from The Courier Guy prior to processing an invoice. Please also note that sometimes The Courier Guy increases their fees, based on fuel price increases - we will update our website as soon as we can after an increase.
